What’s for Lunch Today?
Or dinner or breakfast or whenever?
My recent conversion to a vegetarian diet has prompted me to write this blog. It wasn’t really very hard as I rarely ate meat, poultry or fish to begin with but I’m not ready to give up cheese, yet. This blog will have vegetarian and vegan recipes with a focus on Mediterranean foods. Most of the time I cook for one and there are many days when I don’t cook at all because I just happen to have enough leftovers put to a good use – namely lunch, or dinner or breakfast or whenever.
